连续两天 7个小时的virtual training，原本以为会很枯燥乏味，毕竟要自己对着电脑这么长时间.. 但是很意外的是，Eric 老 师在分享他专业的整个过程中， 不只生动.. 还会分享他的价值观给我们！重点他给我的感觉是真的很专业，是一个很好的trainer！谢谢您在这两天教会我们的所有 承您贵言呀！
Eric 教练是一位和藹可親，的教練，他教育我们如何简单地开始 Agency Management & Recruitment，例如怎么把 Agency & Agent 的基本條件先設立，後實行； 同时做為 Leader 的我們有时候看事情都非常的主观，而他则會提醒我們用客觀角度去分析一件事情；每个月的活动量追踪以及业绩进度审核可以讓我和團隊擁有警惕的感覺，也讓我可以容易地察觉我隊員的問題。

《群英计划》它是一个在增员方面的“提醒”和“纠正”我本身的一个动作计划，有时候我们做久了，真的会跑 Alignment，不怕慢，最怕就是做错，改变了我的一些想法；参加了这个计划，我开始要调整自己的做法，不然我走回一样的路，增一样的人，得到一样的结果；Eric 教练为人风趣幽默，说话很清晰，直话直说，有重点；每个月的MAPA 审核都可以让自己看到自己团队的弱点，主要活跃的代理有多少个，核心成员是谁，他们的市场在哪里，卖怎么样的保单等等这些都是可以帮助我们提升或影响MAPA 的，从中意识到每个角色的重要性。
